Tigers officially announce deal with Ordonez (cbssports)

DETROIT - The Detroit Tigers have officially announced their deal with one year of Magglio Ordonez.

The Tigers do not announce contractual clauses Friday. A person familiar with the negotiations told the Associated Press Thursday that Ordonez and tigers accepted a $ 10 million, one-year contract. The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the agreement had not been announced.
